My questions are around the 500 jobs to be created. Is that number sacrosanct and what will be the definition of a ‘job’ created- for instance: Do temporary jobs created during the project lifeline count? Or looking for sustainable/long-term job creation?

Yes, the minimum of 500 jobs is not a guidance, but a requirement. Projects that do not meet the 500 jobs will not be eligible. We are looking for jobs that are sustainable and will continue after project ending.
