There is no explicit scoring system. Applicants will need to address a combination of create and/or match with the other two pillars. So three combinations are possible: 1) create, improve and sustain 2) match, improve and sustain 3) create, match, improve and sustain. In other words, for both create and match categories applicants will need to ensure that jobs are of good quality and sustainable.
