Are private sector CSR institutes still considered private sector? Is NGO a private Sector Entity? For my case Alexandria Business Association is a private but not for profit organization are we eligible?

An NGO is not considered to be private sector. The CSR division of a private sector company would need to be verified on a case-by-case basis. Likewise for ABA.
